Adams Family Farm

Mitzi Adams owns 40 acres in Tennessee on which she currently has a small garden. The intent, as she learns farming techniques, is to expand and grow grains such as amaranth and quinoa. For coffee, Ms. Adams has made numerous trips to Central and South America, meeting many small coffee growers. Many of the co-ops are woman owned and operated, providing work that can support the education of their children. Ms. Adams only purchases organically grown, fairly-traded coffees.
